These terms govern your use of the EV Towing Charger Map app (the “app”), provided by Olifin Solutions Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 12203129). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The app shows electric-vehicle charging locations, community-contributed reviews about how suitable those locations are for towing, and journey/route planning. It is an information and planning aid only. It is free to use; a future version may include advertising.
Charging locations, towing-suitability ratings, range figures, charging times and route plans are estimates based on third-party data and other users’ experiences. They are not verified site information and are not a substitute for your own judgement. You must:
You are solely responsible for your driving, towing and charging decisions.
Reviews and photos are contributed by other users and reflect individual experiences, not verified facts. You are responsible for content you submit: it must be accurate to the best of your knowledge, lawful, and not infringe anyone’s rights or privacy (do not include people, number plates or other personal information in photos). We may remove any content, and suspend accounts, at our discretion. By submitting content you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and use it within the service.
Keep your login details secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time — see our account deletion page.
The app and its content (excluding user-contributed content and third-party data) are owned by Olifin Solutions Limited. Charging data is © Open Charge Map and contributors; place and routing data is © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL); maps are powered by Google. You may use the app for your own personal, non-commercial journey planning only.
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or that information is accurate, complete or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Olifin Solutions Limited accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, the app or its information — including charger availability, towing-access suitability, range or route feasibility. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).
We may change, suspend or withdraw the app or these terms at any time. Material changes to these terms will be posted here with an updated date; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. The app may not be available in all countries.
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
