This page explains how to delete your EV Towing account and what happens to your data when you do. EV Towing Charger Map is provided by Olifin Solutions Limited; see our privacy policy for full details of the data we hold.
Open the app and go to About → Delete account. Your account is deleted immediately. You do not need to contact us.
If you no longer have the app installed, email privacy@olifinsolutions.com from the email address your account is registered under, with the subject “Delete my EV Towing account”. We will delete the account within 30 days and confirm by reply.
Deleting your account removes, in one step: your sign-in account (held by AWS Cognito), your towing rig profile, and your navigation preferences. Settings stored locally on your device are removed when you uninstall the app.
Charger reviews and photos you contributed are retained in anonymised form (disassociated from your identity, with no rating influence attributed to you) so the community dataset other drivers rely on stays intact. If you would like your reviews and photos deleted entirely as well, say so in your email (or email us after using in-app deletion) and we will remove them. No other personal data is retained after deletion.
You can have an individual review or photo you posted removed — or all of them — while keeping your account: email privacy@olifinsolutions.com from your registered address saying what you would like removed, and we will action it within 30 days.
